Head of Learning and People Development
Role
As the Head of Learning and People Development at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, I have the privilege of working with over 500 colleagues in the Department to provide expertise in the areas of organisational culture, values, training and learning, mentoring and career development.
Ensuring that these activities align with Departmental, and University wide, strategic goals and embedding principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion are key to my role.
I am a member of the following NDPCHS committees / teams:
- People and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (PEDI) Committee,
- Preventing Bullying and Harassment Working Group,
- PSS Senior Team,
- Senior Advisory Board,
- I also work closely with our NDPCHS Athena Swan team.
