Seb Bacon
Chief Technical Officer
Seb Bacon is responsible for all the the software-related outputs of the Bennett Institute. Prior to this, he was CTO at OpenCorporates, creating the largest open database of corporate data in the world. Elsewhere, he has been responsible for the design and deployment of the international Freedom of Information software, Alaveteli; and was founder of Democracy Club, an organisation dedicated to transparency in the operation of UK elections.
