Digital Health Researcher
Sukriti is an applied digital health researcher in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences. Her research focuses on evaluating technologies used in health and healthcare inequalities. She is particularly interested in understanding how different groups engage with digital health services and how technologies can support both patients and healthcare professionals.
As a President's PhD Scholar at Imperial College London, Sukriti's doctoral research explored inequalities in patient engagement with national digital health systems. A major focus of this work was examining patterns of adoption and use of the NHS App across different population groups. Her work also included evaluating the impact of digital tools on the management of long-term health conditions, such as asthma and COPD.
She joined the department as a researcher on the AI Scribe Study. This project explores the use of AI Scribe in primary care and examines their impact on clinical workflows, quality of care, and care delivery.
Sukriti also has over ten years of experience working in senior healthcare management and strategic consulting roles. She has also worked as a Research Assistant and a Visiting Research Associate at King's College London. Sukriti was awarded the Colgate and Oral Health Dental Trust Research Award for excellence in preventative care research. She also received the Walter Holland Award from King's College London for graduating with the highest thesis merit.
