Evidence-Based Practice in Global Healthcare Leadership
This study examines the inclusion of evidence-based practice competencies in postgraduate programmes designed to train non-clinical executive leaders in global healthcare. Through a detailed analysis of programme content, the novel research provides insight into the necessity for curricula that integrate theoretical knowledge with practical strategies as an interdisciplinary approach to global leadership, global healthcare, and evidence-based practice, thereby preparing non-clinical executives to navigate and influence the global healthcare landscape with greater efficacy. This dissertation research project for the MSc in Global Healthcare Leadership is titled Advancing Global Healthcare Leadership: Enhancing Evidence-Based Practice Competencies in Postgraduate Programmes for Non-Clinical Executives.
