Ian Baxter.png Ian (1976, MA Modern History) is Chair of the Friends of the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, celebrating Radcliffe Infirmary and Radcliffe Observatory histories. He was a social worker at the Radcliffe Infirmary/John Radcliffe Hospital in the 1980s, then in child safeguarding, before changing career to become a director of Chiltern Railways and today of rail consultancy SLC.

Jessy Morton - Office Manager- Health & Safety Officer- Wellbeing Champion Jessy is Office Manager- Health & Safety Officer- Wellbeing Champion for NDPCHS. She is responsible for the efficient and safe running of the NDPCHS offices located across three buildings: Radcliffe Primary Care, Gibson building and Eagle House. Jessy was also part of the team that inspected the Radcliffe Primary Care building prior to the department’s move.
