Just as there are steps you can take to look after your physical health, there are practical ways to improve your wellbeing. This workshop will explore the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

The session will be led by Oxfordshire Mind's Workplace Wellbeing Trainer Colette Norbury who will talk us through how connecting, being active, taking notice, learning and giving can make a positive difference to how you and your workforce feel.
