Deputy HR Manager
Kat liaises with Miranda and Pamela on a range of HR areas, as well as collaborating on HR policies and strategy with Clare. She can be reached through email@example.com
Operations and Resources Manager
Nicola is the primary HR contact for the Clinical Trials Unit and works closely with them, while also collaborating with the rest of the HR Team. She can be reached through firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Head of Human Resources
Clare oversees the HR team and works closely with the Head of Administration and Finance, Nicola Small. She sits on the Senior Management Committee and directs the implementation of HR policy and strategy at the department.
Kirsty provides administrative support to Clare Wickings, as well as Nicola Small (Head of Administration and Finance), Richard Hobbs (Head of Department), the BRC MM and LTC theme, and the Heart Failure team. Engagement and Projects Manager
Kathryn collaborates closely with the HR and Communications teams working with both Clare and Dan Richards-Doran (Head of Communications) on internal engagement, diversity and inclusion, and enabling two-way communication with staff and students in the department.
