Where can I get help?

If you have any questions about using your phone please contact your local ITSS team in the first instance, otherwise contact the central Service Desk via help@it.ox.ac.uk  or (01865 6)12345.

What else does Chorus offer?

You have access to the Chorus Web Portal (‘OpenScape’ from ‘Unify’) via https://web.chorus.ox.ac.uk.

The Web Portal can be used to:

  • Access your Voicemail.
  • Access your Call History.
  • Search the Directory, and place calls through your phone directly. 

Through the Web Portal you can also utilise some of the Chorus additional functions, for example:

  • Add contacts to your personal Contacts Pane, and arrange them into groups.
  • Send and receive Instant Messages.
