CEBM Workshop, Lithuania

Members of the CEBM faculty from the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences recently held a second workshop in the city of Kaunus, Lithuania.  This followed on from last year’s inaugural event in Vilnus, Lithuania). The aim was to build on and support a movement in the country to foster more evidence based medicine in clinical practice and teaching. By providing the EBM teaching it is hoped that the EBM movement in Lithuania will grow and become more integrated into both practice and the medical school curriculum.
