Having worked with Richard Hobbs, director of the School of Primary Care Research, on the original primary care research capacity building initiative many years ago, it was wonderful to see the downstream results of this initiative. The progression has been incremental so it may be difficult for those who were part of the day to day evolution to see the overall picture.
