Primary health care access during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic
The aim of the study is to analyse the use of e-consultations (via Skype, Zoom, email, etc.) and telephone consultations versus face-to-face consultations (in the practice or at home) and compare their outcomes in terms of prescriptions, referrals and admissions, before, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
