Nadia Swann

DPhil Candidate I NIHR Doctoral Fellow
Nadia Swann is an NIHR DPhil candidate in Translational Health Sciences and has contributed to research on the Remote-by-Default 2 study.
Her DPhil work explores knowledge of type 1 diabetes closed-loop technologies in the clinical encounter.
A member of the Interdisciplinary Research in Health Sciences (IRIHS) unit, she obtained an MSc with Distinction in Translational Health Sciences from Oxford and was awarded the Prize for Outstanding Dissertation for her work on diabetes technologies in her MSc. She is a director of a type 1 diabetes research charity.
