I work in the Research & Surveillance Centre's practice liaison team, working closely with UK based general practices to support their involvement in public health surveillance and research.
I lead on patient and public involvement (PPI), working together with RSC practice patient groups and through national links with the RCGP's Patient and Carer Participation Group (https://www.rcgp.org.uk/about/patient-groups) and Health Data Research -UK public members (https://www.hdruk.ac.uk/about-us/involving-and-engaging-patients-and-the-public/)
I completed a mixed methods PhD from the University of Warwick in 2023. The focus of my PhD research was on digital triage in urgent care. My research interests include improving patient experience and health outcomes through digital health systems.
