Jack Joyce
Qualitative Researcher
I am a qualitative researcher specialising in Conversation Analysis. My work uses qualitative methods to investigate healthcare communication, design, implement, and optimise communication interventions that helpfully support behaviour change.
Before joining Oxford in April 2022, I worked on the NIHR Real Complaints study mapping the longitudinal journey of complaining to the NHS in Northern Ireland, and before that I completed my PhD in Social Psychology at Loughborough University.
You can find an up-to-date list of my publications here.
