I have already ticked ‘Sign off’ but the form has been returned to me asking me to sign off again. Why is this?

This could be because the other party has made further changes to the form before they signed off, but after you had signed off. Please check these changes and if you agree sign off. If you make further changes to the form they will be asked to sign off again.
