I have completed my PDR form and now it has disappeared. Where is it?
On the ‘Me’ tab, under My Forms, click on ‘View previous forms’. Signed off and completed forms are shown here:
For a reviewer your reviewee’s completed forms will still show under ‘My Reviewee’s’ and the status will be updated to ‘Completed’.
