The PDR is between the “Reviewee (the person completing their PDR) and the “Reviewer (usually the line manager). The reviewer will see your form and add comments once you click “save and share”. The HR Team have administrative access to all PDRs to measure completion rates. They will not evaluate them. 

If there is personal or sensitive data which you do not wish to include in the PDR you may wish to put a holding note in the form for discussion in the meeting.
