HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Team manage and process all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to leaving employment.
The HR Administrators provide frontline support to the department.
Delphine as Team Leader oversees the day-to-day activities of HR operations.
Nicola provides top level support and manages HR projects and processes.
HR Strategy and Employee Relations
Head of Human Resources
Clare oversees the HR team and works closely with the Head of Administration and Finance, Nicola Small. She sits on the Senior Management Committee and directs the implementation of HR policy and strategy at the department.
HR Partner
Kat specialises in employee relations. She provides dedicated support to line managers and individuals for casework, long-term sickness, work place adjustments, end of fixed term contracts, exit interviews and flexible working requests.
Engagement and Projects Manager
Kathryn collaborates closely with the HR and Communications teams working with both Clare and Jo Gearing (Head of Communications) on internal engagement, diversity and inclusion, and enabling two-way communication with staff and students in the department.
